What the consultation includes

During the initial consultation, we take the time to understand your unique situation and develop a deep understanding of your pet's behaviour. Our expert team will explain the underlying causes of your pet's behaviour and provide clear explanations of our recommended treatment options. We believe in empowering you with knowledge, so you can make informed decisions for your pet.

Every initial consultation is a two hour house call. We consult across all of Sydney.

No travel fee.
- 30 to 50km
$50 travel surcharge.
- 50 to 100km
$100 travel surcharge.

We consult by telehealth. Get in touch and we will explain how it works.
Deposit and cancellations
- Securing your booking
There is a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to secure your booking.
- More than 48 hours notice
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, this can be done via the link in your confirmation email at no additional cost, or by emailing the practice.
Notice needs to reach us by 5pm on the previous business day, so there is still time to offer the appointment to someone else.
- Within 48 hours
Rescheduling, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the initial consultation fee.
For a Monday morning appointment, that means letting us know by 5pm on the Friday.
